General environmental health policies:

According to the policies announced by the Supreme Leader, for the first time in the field of environment, a cross-sectoral document has presented, which is included as an appendix in the sixth development document. The most important feature of the communicated policies was convergence in the environment. In the general policies of the Supreme Leader in the field of environment, attention to new technologies, the model approach of using new technologies compatible with the environment and serious attention to the field of passive defense have also been included. In the field of the executive branch, general environmental policies include the field of pollution, where the government took serious measures. Standardization of fuel and increasing the standard of car production were part of these measures. In the field of water, the directive of the Ministry of Energy to pay the rights of wetlands, in the field of biodiversity, the action of the armed forces to prevent the production of weapons and support protective equipment, were important measures in this field. Reforming the agricultural model is one of the other cases.

Clean Air Act:

This law in 34 articles and 39 notes approved by the Islamic Council in 2016 and approved by the Guardian Council. All persons, institutions, including the government and all persons located in industrial free trade zones, special economic zones, towns and industrial areas are obliged to comply with the provisions of this law.

Soil Protection Law:

In order to maintain soil stability and quantitative and qualitative protection, correct use and optimal exploitation of soil and prevent its destruction and pollution and rehabilitate, modify and improve degraded and polluted soils, the "Soil Protection" bill jointly proposed by the Environmental Protection Organization. and the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture has been placed on the agenda of the government and after going through the stages of expert review and finally after approval by the Islamic Council and approval by the Guardian Council, on June 22, 2018 by the President under the title of Soil Protection Law for implementation. The relevant executive bodies notified. Currently, according to the task stipulated in Note (2) of Article (18) of this law regarding the regulations for determining large production, industrial, construction, service, infrastructure and mining units, the time periods and criteria for measuring pollution and the self-declaration of environmental monitoring. The Environmental Protection Organization, in cooperation with relevant institutions, prepared the regulation of this note and approved by the Board of Ministers.

سیاست‌های‌کلی‌سلامت‌محیط‌زیست:‌براساس سیاست های ابلاغی مقام معظم رهبری برای نخستین بار درحوزه محیط زیست یک سند فرابخشی ارائه شده که به عنوان یک پیوست در سند ششم توسعه دیده شده است.  مهمترین شاخصه سیاست های ابلاغی ،همگرایی در محیط زیست بود. در سیاست های کلی مقام معظم رهبری در حوزه محیط زیست توجه به  فناوریهای نوین، الگوی رویکرد استفاده از  فناوریهای نوین سازگار با محیط زیست و توجه جدی به حوزه پدافند غیرعامل نیز لحاظ شده است.  در حوزه قوه مجریه ، سیاستهای کلی محیط زیست شامل حوزه آلودگی که دولت اقدامات جدی انجام داد .استانداردسازی سوخت و افزایش استاندارد تولید خودرو، بخشی از این اقدامات بود. در حوزه آب، بخشنامه وزارت نیرو برای پرداخت حقابه تالاب ها، در حوزه تنوع زیستی اقدام نیروهای مسلح برای جلوگیری از تولید سلاح و پشتیبانی تجهیزات حفاظتی، اقدامات مهم در این زمینه بود. اصلاح الگوی کشاورزی از دیگر موارد است.

قانون‌هوای‌پاک:‌این قانون در 34 ماده و 39 تبصره در  سال 1396 در مجلس شورای اسلامی تصویب و به تایید شورای نگهبان رسیده است. تمامی اشخاص، دستگاه ها و مؤسسات اعم از دولتی و تمامی اشخاص مستقر در مناطق آزاد تجاری صنعتی، مناطق ویژه اقتصادی، شهرک ها و نواحی صنعتی موظفند تا مقررات این قانون را رعایت نمایند .

قانون‌حفاظت‌از‌خاک: به منظور حفظ پایداری خاک و حفاظت کمی و کیفی، کاربری صحیح و  بهرهبرداری بهینه از خاک و جلوگیری از تخریب و آلودگی آن و احیا، اصلاح و بهسازی  خاکهای تخریب و آلوده شده، لایحه «حفاظت از خاک» به پیشنهاد مشترک سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست و وزارت جهادکشاورزی در دستور کار دولت قرار گرفته و با طی مراحل بررسی کارشناسی و در نهایت پس از تصویب در مجلس شورای اسلامی و تأیید از سوی شورای نگهبان، در تاریخ 22 خرداد 1398 از سوی رئیس جمهور با عنوان قانون حفاظت از خاک برای اجرا به دستگاه های اجرایی مربوط ابلاغ شد. در حال حاضر، با توجه به تکلیف مقرر در تبصره) 2( ماده) 18( این قانون در خصوص مقررات تعیین واحدهای بزرگ تولیدی ،صنعتی ،عمرانی، خدماتی، زیربنایی و معدنی، مقاطع زمانی و ضوابط  اندازهگیری آلایندگی و نحوه خوداظهاری پایش محیط زیست، سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست با همکاری دستگاه های ذی ربط،  آییننامه این تبصره را تهیه و به تصویب هیئت وزیران رسید

The university has put the approval of environmental health, clean air law and soil protection law in the policy of its strategic plan.

برابر با شاخص های 15.2: حمایت از اکوسیستم های زمین از طریق آموزش   و  15.3: حمایت از اکوسیستم های زمین  دانشگاه به  تصویب موارد مربوط به سلامت محیط زیست،  قانون هوای پاک و قانون حفاظت از خاک را  در خط مشی برنامه راهبردی خود قرار داده است.
